Shipping Policy – Cake Lecious

At Cake Lecious, we take pride in delivering fresh, delicious cakes right to your doorstep. Our shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about our delivery services.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery services across Lahore, Pakistan. Orders placed for locations outside Lahore are not eligible for delivery at this time.

2. Delivery Timings

We deliver cakes between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 5:00 PM.
Next-Day or Future Delivery: You can schedule your delivery in advance by selecting a preferred date and time during checkout.

Please note that delivery time slots are based on availability and may vary on weekends or special holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery: Available on orders exceeding a certain minimum amount (as mentioned on our website).
Nominal Fee: For smaller orders or certain locations within Lahore, a delivery fee will apply.

Delivery charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. This message will include your order number, delivery details, and estimated delivery time.

5. Pickup Option

Customers who prefer to collect their order themselves can choose the Pickup option at checkout. Pickup location and timing will be provided after the order is confirmed.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, our delivery team will attempt to contact you.

If delivery cannot be completed, we may offer one reschedule (subject to availability). Additional delivery attempts may be charged separately.

7. Handling & Freshness

We take extreme care in packaging and handling all cakes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once delivered or picked up, storage and handling become the customer's responsibility.

8. Delivery on Holidays & Peak Days

During festivals, holidays, or special promotions, delivery slots may be limited or delayed due to high order volume. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
