1. General Policy
At Cake Lecious, we strive to provide premium-quality cakes with reliable service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited refund and return policy. Please read the following terms carefully.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The cake was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
- There was a significant delay or issue caused directly by our team.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Allergic reactions (ingredients are listed on product pages; it's the customer's responsibility to check).
- Minor variations in color/design due to custom cakes.
- Delays caused by uncontrollable factors (traffic, weather, etc.).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise an issue:
- Contact us within 1 hour of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

5. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method (if applicable).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request bank details for transfer.
6. Order Cancellations
Standard orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Custom cake orders cannot be canceled once preparation has started.
